The Chinese representative of New Zealand Institute of Technology

On December 23,2025, the Chinese delegation from the Central New Zealand Institute of Technology (CNZIT) visited the university and held a symposium. Members of the leadership teams from the International Education College and the Rehabilitation College attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Gao Song, Dean of the Rehabilitation College, introduced the distinctive features of our university's rehabilitation program, faculty strength, curriculum design, as well as the achievements made in recent years in talent cultivation models and social services. Subsequently, both parties engaged in detailed discussions on cooperation in the field of rehabilitation, with in-depth exchanges on academic exchanges, scientific and educational collaboration, and talent development.

Dean Tian Haijun of the International Education College stated that our university has not yet established cooperative relationships with New Zealand universities, and sincerely looks forward to collaborating with the Central New Zealand University of Technology. He invited the university to visit at an appropriate time next year to facilitate further face-to-face exchanges and deepen practical cooperation in relevant advantageous fields.
